I am standing in front of a wall, shouting out loud: "Life is beautiful"; i run without stopping against the wall; I stand up, go back to the point from where i started from and shout out loud in another language: "Das Leben ist schön"; again i run against the wall without stopping; i repeat the action with different languages until I reached my physical limits
